| National Company for Vegetable Oils, Aromas and Cosmetics of Vietnam (VOCARIMEX) is a state-owned company, established pursuant to Decision No. 452/ CNn-TCLÐ dated 6 June 1992 issued by Ministry of Light Industry, presently Ministry of Industry. Previously, the Company was known as South Vegetable Oil Company, belonging to Ministry of Food and Foodstuff, established in 1976. Presently, the Company is operating under the form of Parent – Subsidiary Company pursuant to Decision No.175/2004/QD-BCN dated 23 December 2004 issued by the Ministry of Industry. |
